FCTRY, a boutique product design firm in the gifting industry, set out to develop a new tape product to tap into the decorative washi tape trend.

With a new brand name coined to be both clear and amusing, the front of the package became a canvas to spotlight the hi-fi holographic tape while the back panel featured a custom illustration intended to spark inspiration for how to use the product at the point of purchase.

Upon its launch, the product was quickly picked up by stores like Urban Outfitters and Paper Source and sold nationwide.
